NYFW Favorites SS2011

Hello bloggers, it seems that New York Fashion Week came and went in a blur of busy busy days and I lost the time to blog! (You should have seen how messy my room was during it!) I was going to do a post about Fashion's Night Out and the shows that I volunteered at but that got deterred because my camera got stolen. It's really upsetting and I basically lost so many pictures that I had taken over the past month. Anyway I might still do that post if I can collect some good pictures from my friends, but I'm usually the one that takes the pictures so it really sucks. But regardless it was a good fashion week and I thought I'd share my New York favorites! I narrowed it down to my top 6, but of course I loved a lot of other collections as well! I saw more retro trends this season which I love, and although I love my neutral palettes, I did enjoy the pops of bright colors!. So here are my favorites!




3.1 Phillip Lim - Phillip Lim has easily become one of my favorite designers, his lines all show a chic casual cool that I absolutely adore. I really loved the pops of sky blues here - beautiful!



Charlotte Ronson - Seeing as how I've listed her as one of my favorites for three seasons now, it's safe to say shes one of my favorites! I would wear basically every single piece in this collection; and I really love the sheer!



Marc Jacobs - what is there to even say?? The most beautiful color palette ever!



Mulberry - Oh Mulberry, stop being so cute! I just loved all the suits in such a pretty spring palette!



Proenza Schouler - Proenza Schouler boys, I love you sooo! Please send me and PS1 bag, please! Loved the Spring collection so much, the colors and all the amazing dresses, I want it all.



Rodarte - I love the prints and patterns and all the layering in this collection. And on a side note, I really love the brown smokey-eye and am going to try it ASAP!
