LFW Favorites SS2011!

You know the drill! Here's my top four favorite collections from London!

Burberry Prorsum - Christopher Bailey, never stop doing what you do! Honestly in comparison, I didn't love this one as much as SS10 or FW10, but I still loved it! I think the only thing for me is that I'm not the biggest fan of animal prints, but I think the jackets and some of the dresses are good. I think for my personal style I would mix a lot of these with more feminine pieces but - wow the leather jackets and pants are to die for!

Erdem - I feel like all these pieces would be absolutely perfect for a chic tea party on a perfect spring day, and I absolutely love that!

Twenty8Twelve - Sienna & Savannah Miller are like the dream team for young women - this collection is totally wearable and definitely cute. I loved that it was casual but still chic and especially loved the shoes!

Vivienne Westwood Red Label - I loved the color palette here - even the pinks, and I'm not a pink person; and I really like the suit-type looks and all the button downs!

What'd you guys like from London?

NYFW Favorites SS2011

Hello bloggers, it seems that New York Fashion Week came and went in a blur of busy busy days and I lost the time to blog! (You should have seen how messy my room was during it!) I was going to do a post about Fashion's Night Out and the shows that I volunteered at but that got deterred because my camera got stolen. It's really upsetting and I basically lost so many pictures that I had taken over the past month. Anyway I might still do that post if I can collect some good pictures from my friends, but I'm usually the one that takes the pictures so it really sucks. But regardless it was a good fashion week and I thought I'd share my New York favorites! I narrowed it down to my top 6, but of course I loved a lot of other collections as well! I saw more retro trends this season which I love, and although I love my neutral palettes, I did enjoy the pops of bright colors!. So here are my favorites!

3.1 Phillip Lim - Phillip Lim has easily become one of my favorite designers, his lines all show a chic casual cool that I absolutely adore. I really loved the pops of sky blues here - beautiful!

Charlotte Ronson - Seeing as how I've listed her as one of my favorites for three seasons now, it's safe to say shes one of my favorites! I would wear basically every single piece in this collection; and I really love the sheer!

Marc Jacobs - what is there to even say?? The most beautiful color palette ever!

Mulberry - Oh Mulberry, stop being so cute! I just loved all the suits in such a pretty spring palette!

Proenza Schouler - Proenza Schouler boys, I love you sooo! Please send me and PS1 bag, please! Loved the Spring collection so much, the colors and all the amazing dresses, I want it all.

Rodarte - I love the prints and patterns and all the layering in this collection. And on a side note, I really love the brown smokey-eye and am going to try it ASAP!

So what were your favorites?

End of Summer

Hello bloggers, happy September! I'm going to be honest - Since I moved in a week ago I have barely had any time to breathe! I was expecting that but now that I know how my schedule is going to work out I've made sure to make time for blogging. But right now I don't have anything new to post!! So I thought I'd show you some outfits that I never posted from Puerto Rico just as an end of summer type thing. But I have real posts and more outfit posts here in the city planned and to come soon! Enjoy

I wore this outfit for a day we spent at the beach the entire day haha! It was nice and breezy, and I love this shirt because of that. It was definitely one of my favorite summer shirts this summer, probably because it reminds me of a fun summer picnic! Sometimes I'd also wear it with a denim skirt which I love too. I'm trying to figure out ways to wear it for fall but I'm pretty stumped. Any suggestions readers?

Shirt: Forever 21
Belt and Shorts: Thrifted
Sandals: Michael Kors

This is my new bikini from Urban Outfitters by Sparkle & Fade, I love love love it so much! Loved wearing it with that red headband for a nautical feel. I almost wish it was warm year-round so I could wear that bikini more often!

These pictures were taken in the town square of the town where my family is from. It's such a gorgeous area and I just had to take advantage of the scenery while taking my dog around for a walk. These two pieces are also some of my favorite items that I acquired this summer, I wear them with so many things in so many different combinations! I'm sure you guys will see them again soon as fall looks!
